Call (740) 382-0770 immediately to inform us of the problem. If a return is necessary, you must get a Return Authorization Number. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number prominently marked on the exterior of the carton!

Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If there is a manufacturing defect, it can be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer, after which it can be returned. At that time, we would then have to charge a 15% restocking fee. If a product is returned that has a manufacturing defect, we will go ahead and take care of the manufacturer's repair or replacement, for which we would charge 15%. It is conceivable that some one could return a product with a defect that we would have to have repaired or replaced by the manufacturer, resulting in two charges for 15% each - one for the return and one for the management of the repair or replacement of a manufacturer's defect.
